Construction Project Management Seminar Series April 2007

Asta Development plc., UK will be holding a series of seminars on construction project management in April 2007.

The seminar will focus on how to complete construction projects on time and in profit and aim to answer the following questions.

• How do you track time, cost and resources throughout the life of a construction project?  
• How do you identify possible time and cost overruns before they have an impact on your project?
• When you have time and cost overruns, what can you do about it?
